SiriusSixth-Form Football Team win again! Sirius 3 South Hunsley 1

Sirius followed on from their victory against Hessle with another sound performance against a quality South Hunsley team.

An early goal from Markus Craig led the way although Sirius rode their luck on many occasions.

Outstanding saves from Rich Moy and the tenacity and leadership of Ryan Langton kept the team in the game.

Withstanding a great deal of pressure Sirius scored again against the run of play through Cameron Smith.

South Hunsley fought back with a goal themselves and the game became eagerly contested.

Having' weathered the storm' Sirius broke again and wrapped the game up with an individual goal from Ryan Holden who lobbed the ball over their keeper.

Unfortunately, the game had to be cut short due to a serious injury to a South Hunsley player.

However, another encouraging performance and a team to continue developing.

Thanks to Martin Smith for his support.
