The Curious Incident

Students enjoyed a critically acclaimed performance of ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time’ at Hull New Theatre, on 14th January. 50 Key Stage Four and Five drama students attended and enjoyed a magnificent performance from a stellar cast.
The following week, Stage-Ed visited the academy and delivered a series of workshops to the students so that they could experience the physical theatre that they’d seen in the production. Charlotte Jude, a Year 9 GCSE drama student said, “Watching the play was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had and to be able to participate in a workshop as well really helped me to understand physical theatre. I thoroughly enjoyed it!”
