The U16 girls football team took part in the Hulls School 5-aside tournament last night against six other local schools in the area.
Sirius gained crucial points through each match and showed some exceptional goals from Paris Turpin, Megan Atkinson, Jessica Gray and Ebony Hepworth.
Some outstanding defending from Jessica Gray, Ebony Hepworth, Megan Whittles, and Megan Kay allowed the team to remain in a strong position whilst fighting for 1st place. Chloe Gray showed little weakness in goal and saved some fantastic shots from other teams.

Although Sirius played well the final decider came down to goal difference and goals scored. This left Malet Lambert and Sirius fighting for 1st and 2nd position. However, Sirius managed to take the lead with two more goals scored. A well-deserved win for all the girls!

Please congratulate the following girls on their fantastic victory!
Ebony Hepworth, Megan Whittles, Megan Kay, Megan Atkinson, Jessica Gray, Chloe Gray and Paris Turpin.
