Remembrance Day – SAW Pay Our Respects
As with everything, COVID-19 restrictions have required a departure from the norm, however the school and the Sirius Combined Cadet Force have still managed to come together to remember those who have fought and fallen.
This morning, students, staff and members of the CCF came together to take part in the Act of Remembrance.
Cerys Lee, our senior CCF Cadet laid a wreath on behalf of the school and The Old Kingstonians, with the Last Post being played by Mr Bunn our resident bugler to mark 11am.
To further mark Remembrance, students have created poetry and wreaths. These images have all been put together to create a Remembrance video on the school website and Twitter.
