Hull Schools Secondary Cross-country Championship Success!
What a day! Six races and three individual winners and champions from Sirius Academy! An amazing feat !
First in the Minor Girls Year 7 Event – Mia Duke!
First in the Minor Boys Year 7 Event – Luke Moss!
First in the Intermediate Boys Year 8/9 Event – Kenan Stephenson!
With approximately 90 runners in each event- this highlights the magnitude of these individual successes!
Ninety students from the Academy took part in the Hull Schools Cross Country Championships on Friday and it turned out to be one of the most successful in terms of participation and results.
A fantastic day for individual results with the three champions but also for all our competitors for actually taking part and being part of this wonderful day!
There are many individual successes in terms of runners finishing in high positions and you can find these attached .
Some excellent results.
We are still awaiting team results and I am sure we have done well there too!
