Hull University Led Psychiatric Harm Tutorial

On Friday the 20th of March, Dr Rhuks Ako (Colleges and Liaison Lead/Admissions) and 3 students from the University of Hull visited Sirius to deliver a tutorial on psychiatric damage in negligence; the legal principle that one may recover damages for psychological trauma suffered as a result of witnessing a harrowing incident, and the rules which govern said recoverability.
 
Sirius has developed a strong partnership with Hull University Law School and this was the latest in a number of productive, engaging and efficacious visits.  A huge thanks to Rhuks and the University students for visiting.
