Raywell Assault Course PE Visit
[24 Jan 2012]
A group of Year 10 Boys visited Raywell Assault course last Thursday.
The trip was part of a programme to improve student awareness of different aspects of Physical fitness and disciplines related to improved behaviour, attendance and participation.
The morning was a great success, with boys competing against each other on a timed basis, in individually completing the assault course. The winner was Sam Mhedbi;- who had outpaced everyone, and climbed over and scurried under obstacles, and swung through the course to beat off all other challengers.
The boys were a credit to the Academy, and special thanks to Rachel Gay and Sasch Brooks for organising the morning.
Thanks also to Alan Wilkinson for his support.
