Theatre Studies visit to London

On Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th July, 20 students visited the West End to watch a performance of ‘The Phantom of the Opera’. Whilst there, students had the opportunity to attend a vocal workshop at Pineapple Studios with a West End voice coach, in which they learnt the techniques and methods employed by the professionals.

After an exciting time in the studios, students then returned to the theatre to meet the stage manager of ‘Phantom’ for a question and answer session. Along the way, the sights and scenes of London were enjoyed in the glorious sunshine.

Overall, students experienced a thoroughly informative and inspiring visit with much to remember!
