#ThisWeekatSAW – 17th June 2022

[14 Jun 2022]

Message from the Head of School:

Hello,

We are ending another busy week at the Academy that has seen many activities taking place. We are also approaching the last week of exams next week.  Again, I would like to pass on my sincere thanks for parents/carers for your support throughout this period.

As the weather is getting warmer, please can you encourage your child to bring their water bottle to school and to keep this topped up throughout the day to keep hydrated.

You should have all received letters regarding uniform.  Please read correspondence carefully as this letter outlines changes for September. The new Uniform Policy can also be read via our website.

RESPECT stamp reward events will be taking place in the next few weeks for students who have shown they have been the best they can be throughout this term. Students have these final weeks to continue collecting RESPECT stamps in their planner.

Thank you to those parents who continue to support us with attendance, please ensure your child is attending the Academy every day when possible. Missed days are missed learning opportunities which will hinder future learning.

Please enjoy the sunny weather and I hope you all have an enjoyable weekend.

Kind regards,

Gemma Ransom (Head of School)
