U13 Football

The U13 girls took part in the last stages of the Hull Schools Football Tournament last night. The girls first played a strong sided St Marys team. After twenty minutes the score was still 0-0. Some strong defending from Esther Godwin and Megan Whittle saw the girls carry through to extra time. The girls fought well throughout the game but unfortunately lost to penalties.

The girls then faced Kelvin and scored within the first few minutes of the game – resulting in a respectable 3rd place finish.
