U13 Girls Rugby Union
The U13 girls played in a rugby union tournament at Wolfreton High School. This was a friendly “grab” 7-a-side competition, so we entered two teams to give the girls more game-time. The experienced players went in a team of six to challenge themselves against opposition with seven players, and the year 7 girls made up with three Year 8’s were in the other team.
For the first game Sirius West played as a full squad and ran out 6 – 3 winners against Kelvin Hall with tries from Alyx Worth, Chelsea Anderson (2), Georgia Coggin (2), Chantelle Dunn
From them on the “A” side separated and managed to go the full tournament without losing a game:-

The young Sirius “B” side did extremely well as they were up against some big strong Year 8 girls:-
