U16 girls through to the finals!

After a very cold and eventful night the U16 girls managed to secure a place in the Hull Schools finals!
The team started well, and managed to secure a comfortable lead against Sidney Smith and Malet Lambert. Paris Turpin, Chelsea Baynes, and Shannon Kay created some excellent passes leading to Kerryn Jackson scoring four stunning goals.
Unfortunately the last match led to an own goal, but some outstanding defence from Emelia Delgardo and Billie-Jo Lancaster meant that the strong sided St Marys team had little opportunity to get the ball near the goal.
