Y5 Sirius Sports Stars – Orienteering

The third and penultimate Sirius Sports Stars event was held in the pouring rain at Christopher Pickering Primary School this week. Following on from successful Tchoukball and Cheerleading sessions, talented sports performers from our local Primary Schools had the opportunity to explore as they went hunting for orienteering controls.

A massive thank you to Brian and Dave from HALO Orienteering and to Mr Morgan and everybody at Christopher Pickering Primary School for allowing us to use their site to host the event.

We look forward to seeing all the Primary Schools for the final instalment of the programme on Friday 5th July at Welton Waters. The pupils should be prepared to get wet again as we go sailing, rafting and jetty jumping!
