Last Saturday saw the final weekend of our support sessions for a group of Y6 pupils that are due to arrive at the academy in September.
Previous weekends had given pupils and their parents the opportunities to spend some increased time in the academy, working alongside key staff and participating in a range of activities, such as, baking, team-building games and treasure hunts.
This weekend 29 pupils visited Dane’s Dyke to spend the day trekking in the wilderness and cooling off in the sea! Brilliant weather matched by excellent attitudes, impeccable behaviour and plenty of happy faces! Well done to all those that attended.
We look forward to seeing you all again for Transition Week on Monday 16th July!
