Year 7 Girls Hull Schools TAG Rugby Comp
The Year 7 Girls played their first game of TAG rugby for Sirius Academy yesterday, in the Hull Schools Competition at Hull University. As there were 15 girls from Year 7 who wanted to play, there was need for an A and a B team, which the girls picked themselves, see below.

There are a few things to work on in training in preparation for the Yorkshire Carnegie Schools Championships on Tuesday 15th May at Leeds, which will be full contact, not TAG, but this was a good learning curve for the girls and I am sure they will improve from this experience.
Sirius Academy ‘A’ team are also invited to represent Hull Schools in the regional Y7 Tag rugby event at Castleford Panthers on the 19th June.
