Year 8 students steal the show at “Green Oscars”

Yesterday evening, eight of our Year 8 students received an award at the University of Hull’s Middleton Hall. This event was the conclusion of a Climate Change Competition which saw 12 schools compete to produce the best climate change awareness video.

The red-carpet event was attended by parents and industry professionals from Reckitt, EON Media and the University of Hull.

All eight students played a key role in producing the film and it was brilliant to not only see the industry professionals congratulate our students, but teachers, parents and students from other schools also praised our year 8’s for their “amazing film”.

Also thank you to Mr Robinson for attending last night and supporting our students.
