Year 9 netball girls continue last years winning streak!
Please congratulate the following year 9 girls on their impressive wins over Malet Lambert (8-2), Andrew Marvel (15-0), St Marys (12-7) and Winifred Holtby (15-0).
Being reigning Hull Schools champions for the last two years the girls never failed to live up to expectations. Despite the loss of super defender Victoria Godwin, the team did not let this bother them. Ellie Cone stepped up to the mark as Goal defence, having never played this position before, she dominated the goal third, barely conceding any goals. Mia Duke and Emily Andrew confidently carried the ball down the court to shooters Lucy Fielder and Jamie Watson who converted virtually every goal.
A superb effort and attitude was shown by the girls.
